These terms govern your use of finprodata. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use finprodata.
The service
finprodata is a tool for founders to discover investors, identify the right contacts, and run outreach. Data about firms and people comes from public regulatory filings and licensed sources; we work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any email or connected accounts you add.
Acceptable use
You agree to use finprodata lawfully and to send only outreach you are permitted to send. Do not use the service to send spam, harass, deceive, or violate any anti-spam, privacy, or other law, or the terms of any connected provider (including Google). You are responsible for the messages you send through your connected account.
Connected accounts
When you connect Gmail, you authorize finprodata to send and (if enabled) read messages as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's terms.
Disclaimers
finprodata is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that data is accurate, that any outreach will be delivered or answered, or that you will achieve any particular result. You are responsible for how you use the service and the data it surfaces.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, finprodata is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the prior three months. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service over time; material changes will be reflected by the date above. We may suspend or end access for misuse. You may stop using finprodata at any time.
